1. Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Maintenance
- Manage, update, and optimize company website (WordPress / custom CMS).
- Design and implement landing pages and campaign microsites.
- Perform basic coding tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for site improvements.
- Ensure responsive design and SEO best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with designers or developers for advanced features.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create content calendars, manage posts, and engage with followers.
- Monitor analytics and track KPIs to optimize campaign performance.
- Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads preferred).
- Stay updated with trends and platform changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the content team for blogs, newsletters, and visual assets.
- Work with marketing and sales to align digital presence with business goals.
- Support email marketing or CRM initiatives as needed.
2. Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, etc.).
- Ad campaign management
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Facebook/Instagram Insights.
- Strong writing skills and eye for visual content.
