About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Diamond Office Coordinator to oversee all diamond-related operations. This role requires close coordination with the Director/Sir, ensuring timely procurement, dispatch, and accurate stock management. The ideal candidate must have complete knowledge of diamonds and a proven track record in diamond operations, manufacturing, or purchasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Director/Sir for all diamond requirements, approvals, and purchase planning.
- Liaise with the factory team for timely dispatch and delivery of diamonds.
- Maintain precise records of diamond inventory, movements, and dispatch schedules.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure quality checks for all incoming and outgoing consignments.
- Follow up with suppliers and factory teams to track orders and address delays.
- Prepare daily/weekly diamond stock and dispatch reports.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of all diamond transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in the diamond industry, preferably in diamond operations, manufacturing, or purchasing.
- Complete and thorough knowledge of diamonds, including grading, assortments, sizes, and qualities.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management tools.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage high-value stock with responsibility.
