2. knowledge of office 365 app & basic admin portal knowledge
3. zoom & teams knowledge
4. need to know how to replace hdd, battery & ram in laptop and deaktop
5. network troubleshooting basic
6. Os and software installation
7. Biometric & cctv basic knowledge
