Responsibilities:
● Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
● Manage OS and software installations (Windows/Mac/Linux).
● Troubleshoot hardware and software issues—both onsite and remotely.
● Support email setup, VPN access, and connectivity troubleshooting.
● Handle basic to intermediate network troubleshooting (LAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
● Enforce asset tagging, documentation, and IT inventory management.
● Ensure antivirus deployment, patch management, and backup processes.
● Maintain documentation of tickets, resolutions, and common issues.
● Manage Active Directory – user account creation, group policies, etc.
● Support collaboration tools – Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams.
● Provide IT support during onboarding/offboarding.
● Monitor system performance and generate reports.
● Implement endpoint security and device encryption (BitLocker).
● Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, licenses.
Skills in Spotlight:
● Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
● 3–4 years of relevant experience in IT desktop support/system administration.
● Proficient in operating systems such as Windows 10/11, Windows Server, macOS, and Linux distributions including Ubuntu and CentOS.
● Skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software such as Office 365, Adobe Suite, and other common business applications.
● Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN
configurations, and VPN connectivity.
● Knowledge of security tools and practices including basic firewall configuration, Web
Application Firewalls (WAF), Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR/XDR) solutions.
● Familiar with remote support tools like Zoho Remote Assist and efficient in handling ticketing systems for IT service management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
