Job Summary :-
We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in marketing analytics, marketing frameworks, and business intelligence tools. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and interpreting data-driven insights to optimize marketing and business strategies.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Apply strong knowledge of marketing analytics and frameworks to business problems.
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track and evaluate performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify performance trends, drivers, and growth opportunities.
- Frame and test data-driven hypotheses, define KPIs, and measure outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and product teams to define analytics requirements.
- Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, with strong hands-on SQL skills.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports and generate insights to support BAU activities.
- Provide actionable recommendations through data trends, statistical analysis, and visualizations.
- Support experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, pre-post analysis, regression analysis).
- Document analytical approaches ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Required Skills & Experience :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in data analytics / business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation.
- Strong experience in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel and familiarity with Python/R (good to have).
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and frameworks.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics preferred.
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques (A/B testing, regression analysis, optimization).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to handle large datasets, explore data independently, and present compelling narratives.
