Job Title: Customer Support Executive – General Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls, chats, and emails professionally.
- Provide accurate information about insurance policies, renewals, and claim processes.
- Assist customers in resolving queries related to payments and documentation.
- Maintain records of all customer interactions using CRM tools or basic systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
- Coordinate with internal departments to escalate or clarify customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
- Achieve daily/weekly customer handling targets as set by the team lead.
- Guide customers in choosing the right insurance product based on their needs.
- Stay updated on policy changes, company guidelines, and product knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
