Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by identifying the root cause and guiding customers through step-by-step solutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal technical teams while ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process.
- Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
- Manage multiple open cases, prioritize tasks efficiently, and ensure timely closure of tickets.
- Follow up proactively to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent recurring issues.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to internal teams to enhance product experience.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles (experience in SaaS or ERP domain is highly preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and apply them to real-world scenarios.
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and Tamil.
Note :
- Working days -Mon to Sat
- Timings- 10am to 7pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
