- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Resolve queries & provide product/service information.
- Maintain customer records & ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–1.5 years of customer support/call center experience.
- Excellent communication in Hindi & Gujarati.
- Basic computer knowledge & problem-solving skills.
