Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused professional to join our corporate office team as a Customer Support Executive. The role involves handling patient queries, coordinating with hospital units, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk‑in queries from patients and clients.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and appointments.
- Coordinate with hospital units to resolve patient concerns and service requests.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Follow up with patients to ensure service satisfaction.
- Support corporate initiatives related to patient engagement and service quality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: healthcare / life sciences background).
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the healthcare / hospital industry.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM software.
- Strong problem‑solving and patient‑handling skills.
