Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery through calls, emails, and chat.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner (Voice process).
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or other written communication channels (Non-Voice process).
- Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and provide accurate information.
- Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
- Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality and process guidelines set by the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments for escalations or issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply (BPO/Customer Service experience preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
