Shift: Full-Time, Permanent| Fixed Night Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Record call details and maintain customer interaction logs in the CRM.
- Meet individual performance metrics and team goals.
- Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
- Must have completed at least 12th grade or be a graduate.
- Candidates who are currently pursuing studies will not be considered.
- Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in an international or US voice process is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Willingness to work fixed night shifts (Monday to Friday).
