We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Resolve product/service-related queries.
- Update customer details in CRM.
- Follow up on unresolved issues.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Graduation mandatory
- Excellent comunication skill (English)
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
Shift: Rotational Night Shift
Working Days: 5 days a week
