We are seeking dynamic and dedicated Customer Support Associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing Cashiering, Billing, Stock Arrangements, and Overall Store Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cashiering duties including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Generate and manage billing activity for all sales.
- Maintain and organize stock, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and displays are attractive.
- Assist with inventory management, stock arrangements, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the store premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and provide relevant product information.
- Support in stock taking and inventory audits.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to cashiering, billing, and stock management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
