Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team in Bathinda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and verify financial reports, invoices, and bills
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Reconcile bank statements and book entries
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (B.Com or related field preferred)
- Certification: Completed course in Accounts or Tally/ERP software
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
