Job summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to manage load booking and handle outbound sales calls for clients in the US logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during US business hours.
Qualifications and skills:
* Min. 1 year experience in customer service, BPO, sales, or US logistics
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheets (preferred)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
* Salary as per industry standards based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound/outbound calls for load booking and coordination
* Make outbound sales calls to trucking companies and logistics partners
* Provide real-time support to clients, drivers, and dispatchers
* Ensure timely updates and confirmations for shipments
* Build and maintain customer relationships
* Meet daily booking targets with sales/ops team
* Ensure customer satisfaction
