- Provide accurate information about our services and resolve client queries.
- Discuss membership plans with clients and convince them to enroll.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into clients.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any Stream).
- Female candidates only.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in customer service or CRM will be an advantage.
- Fresher and experinced both can apply.
