Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented tone in all communications
- Quotation & Pre-Sales Support:
- Share quotations based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with the sales or technical team to clarify product details or specifications
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders
- Post-Sales Coordination:
- Share order confirmations and delivery timelines with customers
- Coordinate with production/logistics to track dispatch status
- Share dispatch details, tracking info, and invoices with customers
- Order Status Updates:
- Regularly update customers on order progress
- Notify customers about any delays or changes in schedule
- Maintain accurate records of order communications
- Documentation & CRM:
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM/ERP
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on customer interactions and open quotations
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth execution
- Help resolve issues or complaints efficiently and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or inside sales
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Email, and CRM systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
