Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (AML & US Banking)
We're seeking a Customer Support Specialist with 1 years of experience in US banking operations and a strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations. You'll provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries while ensuring strict compliance with financial regulations. Your role involves assisting customers with banking products, transactions, and account issues, and actively identifying and escalating potential AML concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support for banking inquiries.
- Perform AML/KYC due diligence and identify suspicious activity.
- Navigate US banking systems and processes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience in US banking.
- Solid knowledge of AML/KYC (BSA, Patriot Act).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
