Roles and Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers.
Provide information about products or services.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Record and update customer interactions in the system.
Collaborate with other departments to address unresolved issues.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
