Role: Customer Support Associate
Location: Delhi NCR
Language Requirement: Kannada (Mandatory)
- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or emails in Kannada and English/Hindi.
- Understand and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Act as the primary contact for Kannada-speaking customers.
- Log and manage customer issues in the system with timely follow-up.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues.
- Must be based in Delhi NCR and available for in-office work when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
