Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Handle billing and operate the cash register or POS system
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns politely and promptly
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
- Assist in stock checking, inventory updates, and shelf labeling
- Support with online orders (if applicable)
- Follow shop policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th standard pass or equivalent
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,059.70 - ₹6,271.17 per month
