About the Studio:
We are a professional photography studio - Photoneers Studio - capturing everything from candid moments to high-end portfolio shoots. Our team blends creativity with precision, and we’re now looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s not only warm and communicative but also organised and proactive.
Languages Required:
You must be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English – both spoken and written – to communicate with a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in Telugu, Hindi, and English
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage studio calendar
- Maintain client records, payments, and invoicing details
- Assist in daily studio coordination and customer walk-ins
- Follow up with clients pre and post shoot for feedback and delivery updates
- Occasionally help post quick updates/replies on social media or assist the content team
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised with basic admin and computer knowledge (Excel, Google Calendar, Email)
- Friendly, professional, and confident in dealing with all types of customers
- Previous experience in customer support or admin roles preferred
- Interest in photography is a plus, but not required
