Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative , your role will be to:
- Assign tickets using Freshdesk.
- Handle and prioritize tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with ASMs.
- Maintain clear and effective communication to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Provide customer details and support to warehouse personnel regarding orders and shipments.
- Ensure smooth operations through accurate and efficient communication.
- Handle calls and WhatsApp chats, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Send the CZAT survey through Zoho and call the client who has not answered the survey.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
