· To set up and lead branch focusing freight forwarding.

· Sales driven approach and prior experience in sales related and business development functions.
· Identify new customers and develop Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Trucking products.
· Results-oriented and proactive sales approach with a strong focus on driving growth.
· Proven expertise in setting and achieving ambitious sales targets
· Demonstrated experience in business development across international markets
· Exceptional networking and relationship management skills, particularly with key accounts and distributors.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, logistics, and inventory management) to optimize operations markets.
