Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours
• Provide accurate information about services and estimated time.
• Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, escalating when necessary
• Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our MIS 360
• Collaborate with other team members and shifts to ensure seamless service
• Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and procedural changes

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• A calm, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable working independently during later hours

Languages :

Well versed and efficient in speaking English, Punjab

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
