Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Females Preferred)
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year (Training will be provided)
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Female Customer Service Executives to support the successful launch and ongoing operations of our mobile application. As a service Executive, you will be responsible for handling backend operations, coordinating with stakeholders, managing customer queries, and ensuring smooth internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the app launch process with internal teams
- Handle data entry and documentation
- Receive and respond to phone calls, emails, and customer queries
- Maintain and update app-related data in backend systems
- Provide real-time support to users or operations as required
- Assist with report generation and data analysis for performance tracking
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using basic computer tools and internet
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferred)
- Freshers are welcome to apply – training will be provided

Pay: ₹10,608.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
