The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for open positions across the organization. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
Understand the hiring requirements of various departments and create effective job descriptions.
Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels.
Sourcing and Screening Candidates:
Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking) to attract candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job alignment.
Interviewing and Selection:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers regarding interview results.
Assist in the decision-making process by presenting top candidates to the hiring team.
Offer Management:
Extend job offers to selected candidates, including salary and benefits discussions.
Coordinate the offer process, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated.
Handle negotiation and communicate offer details to candidates in a professional manner.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing them with updates and feedback.
Address any concerns or questions candidates may have regarding the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s culture and values through engagement with candidates, highlighting the benefits of working with the organization.
Support employer branding initiatives, including attending job fairs, university recruitment events, and networking opportunities.
Maintain the company’s presence on social media and employer review platforms (e.g., Glassdoor, LinkedIn).
Recruitment Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
Provide regular recruitment reports to HR management, including the status of open positions and progress toward hiring goals.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Provide support and guidance to hiring managers during the interview process and throughout the hiring cycle.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure that recruitment processes comply with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Maintain and track interview and hiring documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and legally compliant.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
