Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, driving revenue growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and Shopify.
- Implement strategic pricing, promotions, and product placement to boost online sales.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to improve product visibility and drive engagement.
- Monitor competitors and adjust listings, pricing, or promotions accordingly to stay competitive.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate product information, stock levels, and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, online marketplace management, or digital marketing.
- Freshers with a strong interest in building a career in e-commerce and sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
