Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to existing customers, reminding them about subscription renewals, and resolving basic queries in a courteous and professional manner. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to current customers to remind and request subscription recharges.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and with empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
- Build rapport and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for any technical or service-related customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and processes during every customer interaction.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th-grade pass (HSC).
- Prior experience (minimum 6 months) in a customer service, telecalling, or BPO role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Marathi and Hindi.
- Additional fluency in Telugu, Bengali, and Punjabi is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding and ability to communicate in English.
- Should possess strong listening skills, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM usage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
