Operations / Customer Service
POD Upload & Updation:
Ensure timely uploading and updating of Proof of Delivery documents in the system or as per client requirements.
LR Generation:
Generate accurate Lorry Receipts (LRs) based on dispatch and shipment details, maintaining proper records.
Customer Coordination:
Communicate effectively with customers via email regarding shipment status, document requirements, and any follow-ups.
Data Entry & Excel Management:
Maintain and update customer and shipment data using Excel; proficiency in formulas, data sorting, and reporting is essential.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records of communications, deliveries

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
