Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and resolve queries efficiently.
Provide end-to-end issue resolution with professionalism.
Document all customer interactions accurately.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree (BE/B.Tech).
Minimum 1 year of experience in an international domain.
Tech support / troubleshooting experience is mandatory.
Exceptional communication skills in English (C1 level) – no MTI, RTI, or grammatical/pronunciation errors.
