About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to manage both INBOUND & OUTBOUND interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1–2 years experience in international collections, preferably UK process
- Experience in BPO/KPO/Call center environments
- Experience with inbound/outbound collections and negotiating payment plans
- Adherence to quality and compliance metrics
- Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers
- Good typing speed and documentation accuracy
- Ability to work with MS Excel, Word, etc.
- Willingness to work UK business hours (typically 1:30 PM to 09:30 PM IST)
- Comfortable with rotational shifts or extended hours if needed
- Knowledge of UK geography (helps in rapport building)
- Experience in collections for UK utilities, telecom, or finance
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Neutral to UK-accented English is a strong plus
- Strong listening skills and phone etiquette
- Minimum graduate or undergraduate degree
