Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and action emails from central inboxes
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls with professionalism
- Adhere to internal and external policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate system records and update order details
- Ensure timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth dispatch of goods
- Manage work schedule independently and meet deadlines
- Understand and respond to customer requirements
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned

- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
