Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our U.S.-based patients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive experience by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing communication with patients.
Roles/Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Serve as the dedicated point of contact for patients in the US regarding their healthcare needs and queries.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information regarding medical services, appointments etc.
- Build trust and rapport with patients, demonstrating strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of patient concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of patient interactions.
- Meet or exceed quality assurance and service standard.
Qualifications:
- Degree is mandatory.
- 1 to 10 years of international voice process experience. Freshers can also be considered.
- Excellent English communication skills. American accent is an advantage.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational skills, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willing to work in Night shifts (9:30PM to 6:30AM / 12:30AM to 9:30AM) from Trivandrum office location
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates from Trivandrum or near by locations preferred.
