Customer Care Executive( US Voice Process)

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Key duties and responsibilities Customer care Executive
• Answering Inbound Call from Customers, Clients.
• Delivering professional and expert Customer services to our Customers and Clients
• Responsible for the day-to-day assigned work.
• Ensure and fulfill service requests from clients by manning the telephone, email and other communication systems.

✅ Qualifications:

• Education:

Graduation is mandatory (any stream )

• Experience:

1–4 years of relevant experience in international voice process or US customer support
(Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant domain exposure will be preferred)

• Communication Skills:
• Ability to understand and communicate clearly with US-based customers
• Role may involve Over -night , so candidates comfortable with such schedules are preferred
• Candidates comfortable with the shift schedule are encouraged to apply
