- Answering Inbound Call from Customers, Clients.
- Delivering professional and expert Customer services to our Customers and Clients
- Responsible for the day-to-day assigned work.
- Ensure and fulfill service requests from clients by manning the telephone, email and other communication systems.
✅ Qualifications:
- Education:
Graduation is mandatory (any stream )
- Experience:
1–4 years of relevant experience in international voice process or US customer support
(Candidates with strong communication skills and relevant domain exposure will be preferred)
- Communication Skills:
- Ability to understand and communicate clearly with US-based customers
- Role may involve Over -night , so candidates comfortable with such schedules are preferred
- Candidates comfortable with the shift schedule are encouraged to apply
