- Credit Risk Assessment: Evaluate a client’s credit status, ensuring appropriate credit limits are set and maintained.
- Debt Collection Management: Proactively manage overdue accounts, implementing effective debt recovery procedures and following up with clients as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management: Liaise with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing business.
- Financial Reporting: Provide regular reports on receivables and overdue accounts to senior management.
- Cash Flow Optimisation: Collaborate with finance teams to forecast cash flow and mitigate risk associated with credit exposure.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all credit activities comply with relevant legislation and internal protocols.
