We are looking for a hardworking and growth-oriented Desktop Admin Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up desktops, laptops, and other office devices.
- Perform software installations, updates, and basic configurations.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to hardware, software, printers, and networking.
- Coordinate with senior IT team members for escalated support needs.
- Maintain records of assets and system configurations.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on support requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Key Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system.
- Familiarity with computer setup and basic software installation.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor system, hardware, or network issues.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT/technical field.
