Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote bike models and offers.
- Attend to incoming calls related to sales, service bookings, and general inquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated by the sales team or digital campaigns.
- Schedule test rides and service appointments as per customer convenience.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
- Inform customers about new products, promotions, and schemes.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Prepare daily call reports and update call logs.
