- Proficiency in overseeing the entire order process from initiation to fulfilment.
- Ability to track inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfilment and prevent stock-outs.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer orders and inquiries effectively.
- Effective communication with customer's and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Managing multiple orders simultaneously and prioritising based on urgency and customer requirements.
- Capacity to identify and resolve issues related to orders, such as delays, discrepancies, or product availability
Experience:
- Previous experience in supply chain will be added advantage
