Job Title: Customer Escalations Support (Email and Chat)
Location: Mumbai
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (email and chat support only)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)
Shift Timing: 9 AM to 6 PM (1 Hour Break Included)
Number of Positions: 4
Salary: As per industry standards and experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide step-by-step guidance to customers
- Maintain detailed records of interactions
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams
- Meet service levels for response and resolution
- Multilingual support is a plus (Italian, French, German, Spanish, Japanese)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in email and chat-based support
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and multitasking ability
- Experience in ISP or telecom domain preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
