- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (Tech support-Troubleshooting Experience)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Excellent communication skills (Top notch) in English. No Mother Tongue Influence (MTI) or Regional Tongue Influence (RTI), and no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
- Customer assistance and issue resolution, Document customer interactions, End-to-End resolution.
- Graduate in any stream
