We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with strong communication skills in English and Malayalam. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of telecalling experience, preferably in the EdTech sector. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with leads, and assisting in conversions.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in English & Malayalam
- Proven telecalling or telesales experience
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections
- Good listening and persuasion skills
Qualifications:
- Any graduate
- 2+ years of experience in telecalling
- Experience in EdTech is a plus
