Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience for all customers, especially wedding shoppers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Greeting & Engagement:
- Welcome every customer with a smile and a polite greeting.
- Assist customers promptly and ensure they feel comfortable in the store.
- Wedding Customer Assistance (Main Role):
- Proactively approach wedding customers as they enter the store.
- Understand their requirements and guide them in selecting suitable sarees, silk dresses, and other wedding-related attire.
- Provide product information, styling suggestions, and support throughout their shopping experience.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure a smooth and personalized shopping journey.
- Customer Support & Service:
- Answer customer queries politely and professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle complaints or escalate them to the store manager if needed.
