We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for handling client interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience. This role is vital in building lasting relationships with our customers and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding project information, site visits, documentation, and post-sale services.
- Assist clients through the property buying process including updates on booking, payment, agreements, and possession timelines.
Requirements
- Fluency in hindl & English preferred
- Education Minimum 12th pass & any Graduate can apply
- Freshers can apply
- Must be comfortable with calling profile
