Job Title –Customer Care Executive (Gold Loans)
Job Description -
Ø Responsible to acquire New Customers for generating Gold Loan business and for other cross sell products.
Ø Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL Finance Limited branch in thecatchment areas and generate leads of prospective customers.
Ø Drive & ensure continuous customer engagement through various channels.
Ø Maintaining quality portfolio by tracking & controlling ROI.
Ø Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase the customer base.
Ø Strong follow up on interest collections to keep NPAs (non-performing assets) under control.
Desired Candidate Profile (CCE) -
Ø Candidates with 6 months of sales experience in Banking & Financial Services can apply for the role.
Ø Freshers with flair in Sales can also apply.
In summary, the role focuses heavily on sales - acquiring new customers, engaging with existing ones, ensuring portfolio quality, and collecting payments to minimize defaults. Brand building through field marketing is also a key component.
