- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions within specified time limits.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve customer experience and service efficiency.
- Office coordination.
