Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries with a customer-first approach
- Schedule and manage appointments and follow-ups
- Provide accurate information about treatments and pricing
- Maintain client records and update the CRM system
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic staff to ensure timely service
- Collect feedback and resolve basic concerns politely and efficiently
