Job Purpose:
To deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers, responding to queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the store’s sales and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products as per their needs.
- Provide detailed information on products, promotions, sizes, and styling.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/credit card transactions at the POS counter.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Support stock management – receiving, replenishment, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Educate customers about loyalty programs, exchange policies, and ongoing promotions.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
- Ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience for every customer.

- Good product knowledge and fashion sense.

- Basic computer and POS knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail / customer service (fashion retail preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
