KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Curriculum Research & Development (50%)
Conduct literature reviews and secondary research on themes such as life skills, employability, mentorship, and the future of work.
Collaborate with language experts to adapt content for translation and localization.
Curriculum Review & Feedback Integration (20%)
Gather feedback from mentors and mentees on session content and delivery experience.
Analyze usage patterns and qualitative feedback to assess curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Social Media & Communications (20%)
Collaborate with internal teams to source stories, updates, and program milestones for social media.
Support community interaction by responding to queries and comments across platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, social sciences); postgraduate qualification preferred.
Well-organized with strong planning and project management skills. Creative thinker who is detail-oriented and mission-aligned.
