Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding bookings, cancellations, and queries
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
- Record and maintain details of customer interactions in the system
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for quick resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first approach in all communications
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in rotational day and night shifts
- Flexibility to work on weekends (two Saturdays off on alternate basis)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools or ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving attitude and patience while handling customer concerns
